The LJ12A3-2-Z/CY inductive sensor is designed for non-contact detection of metallic objects in industrial machinery, production lines and automation systems.

This model features a PNP output with NO + NC (Normally Open + Normally Closed) switching functions, operates on 6–36 VDC, and provides a nominal sensing distance of Sn: 2 mm. It has an M12 cylindrical housing and a shielded / flush mounting design.

The sensor uses a 4-wire connection:

  • Brown: +VDC
  • Blue: 0V / GND
  • Black: NO output
  • White: NC output

As a PNP sensor, the active output supplies positive voltage to the PLC digital input.
